Job Responsibilities
• Maintain the conference calendar, track, register and update the information.
• Maintaining and Ordering Marketing Inventory.
• Work Closely with the Graphic and Web development team to maintain the updates and preparing marketing material.
• Webinar, working on Monthly webinar planning and its execution.
• Work with research team to promote and take marketing initiatives for Online research
• Work on Emailer software to send across the invitation for various networking events to our contacts.
• Search Engine Optimization, Interaction and Work Closely with the SEO agency.
• Analysis of monthly reports
Skill set requirement
• Communication Skills: Ideal candidate should have excellent written and oral English skills
• Online Marketing: There is plenty of opportunity for creative expression and an ideal candidate have exposure to online marketing will have an added advantage.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): An ideal candidate should have knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Content Writing: An ideal candidate should ideally have an ability to Copy-edit to ensure that only flawlessly written material is published.
• Social Media Exposure: An ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of the nuances of online media, Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the social media and its impact onB2B and professional services.
• Computer Skills & Multi Tasking: An ideal candidate should have proficiency in computer usage and should possess multitasking abilities.
• Researching Skills: Ideal Candidate should have Researching Skills using the tools such as Google Alerts, Blogs, Social Media Sites, etc.
